With partial embroidery, the design is fully printed on the canvas and you add beads only to selected accents. It’s quicker and especially suitable for beginners. With full embroidery, the entire picture is covered with beads, creating a continuously sparkling image that takes more time and patience. Each product page states which technique the kit uses.

No, frames and embroidery hoops are not included. We recommend a small embroidery hoop to keep the canvas nicely taut while you stitch.

Yes, the right thread comes with every kit. If you ever need more, choose a fine, tear-resistant thread, such as a nylon or beading thread that fits through the fine bead needle.

The beads are packed with a small reserve, so you won’t run short even if one falls on the floor.

It depends on the size. You can finish a small ornament in one evening, while a large wall picture will keep you company for several weeks.

Gently dust it with a soft brush. Please don’t wash or iron it. Framed behind glass, it stays protected for good.

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Here you'll find all the important information about our shipping terms:

• Fast Shipping: Orders that are received by 2:00 p.m. on business days and have been paid for will be shipped the same day.
• Standard Shipping: We ship most orders via A-Mail, which usually arrives in your mailbox within 1–2 business days. Please note that tracking is not available for standard mail.
• Registered Mail & Insurance: If you would like proof of delivery (tracking), select the “Registered Mail” option (CHF 5.80) at checkout. These shipments are insured by Swiss Post up to CHF 500.00.
• Larger Shipments: For orders containing items that must be shipped as packages due to their size or weight, we generally ship via B-Mail if the order total is less than CHF 110.00. Delivery takes approximately 3–4 days.

Additional Delivery Options: You can also choose from the following options:

• Swiss Express “Mond”: Delivery on the next business day between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Saturday Delivery: Delivery on Saturday.

Both options come with an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Some products are simply too large or require special packaging. That's why we ship them as packages at the standard package rate.
Good to Know: For orders totaling CHF 150.00 or more, we'll cover the shipping costs for these packaged items as well—delivery is then free of charge.

Yes, you can return the merchandise within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging, undamaged, and unworn. However, please notify me of the return in advance via email (info@perlinebeads.ch).
