Cowboy hat charm pendant • stainless steel PVD • 20 x 17 mm

A small cowboy hat with a big presence: this 3D pendant made of PVD-coated stainless steel brings Western flair to your jewellery. The high-polished silver-coloured surface catches the light beautifully, and the softly curved brim gives the charm a playful, modern shape. Viewed from above, the indented crown resembles a small heart, a detail that looks particularly good at the neck.

In PVD coating (Physical Vapour Deposition), a thin metal layer is vapour-deposited onto the stainless steel in a vacuum. This makes it particularly resistant to abrasion. The pendant comes with a loop and goes well with silver link chains, Singapore chains or pearl necklaces with seed beads.

Shipping

We send our items with Swiss Post.

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot unfortunately be processed. Please make sure that the delivery address provided is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary depending on the item purchased and are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from an order value of CHF 15.00.

Exception: Some of our items are too large or too heavy for shipping by letter post – these must be sent as parcels.
For orders under CHF 15.00 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.00.

For exceptional items that must be sent as a parcel, the standard parcel rate applies.

Good to know: From a total order value of CHF 150.00, we also cover the shipping costs for these parcel items – delivery is then free of charge.

With the letter post shipping method, tracking is not possible. PerlineBeads accepts no liability for undelivered orders.

We also offer the following additional shipping options:

• Registered mail: CHF 5.80
• Swiss-Express "Mond" (delivery on the next working day between 07:00 - 09:00): CHF 17.00

Right of withdrawal and exchange

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. It is possible to withdraw from the contract with PerlineBeads within 5 days of receiving the goods. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by expressing it through a request sent by letter or email to the PerlineBeads address.

Defective items / items sent incorrectly

We will exchange them without additional costs. Should an item no longer be available at the time of the complaint, we will issue a voucher for the purchase price. Please note that products in the "Earrings" category are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.

Errors / item not to your liking

Compensation is provided in the form of a voucher for the purchase price of the goods. Exchange for another item is not possible. Products complained about for this reason must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

The shipping costs calculated at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

The return of an item applies only to that item. Further new products cannot be added to this contribution and require a new order via our website.

Withdrawal in the event of late delivery

Due to seasonal events / holidays, delivery delays may occur over which PerlineBeads has no influence. We therefore ask for more time for deliveries. Should an order not have arrived after 20 working days from the shipping date, we will initiate a loss procedure with Swiss Post upon written request from the customer. In this case, we accept full responsibility for the loss of the order and will resend the order if desired. The withdrawal from the purchase contract between the customer and PerlineBeads can only take place after these 20 working days have elapsed!

Protect from water

Do not immerse jewellery in water or other liquids, and do not wear it while showering, bathing or swimming, to avoid discolouration or damage.

Keep away from cosmetics

Only put on your jewellery after applying body creams, make-up and perfume.

Before going to bed

For a healthy sleep and to protect your jewellery, take it off before going to bed and store it in a safe place.

To restore the shine of your jewellery, use a soft cotton cloth and gently polish the piece.
