Wie schnell erfolgt die Lieferung?

Wir liefern ausschliesslich in die Schweiz und nach Liechtenstein. Hier findest du alle wichtigen Informationen zu unseren Lieferbedingungen:

  • Schneller Versand: Bestellungen, die werktags bis 14.00 Uhr bei uns eintreffen und bezahlt sind, werden noch am selben Tag versendet.
  • Standardversand: Die meisten Bestellungen versenden wir per A-Post, die in der Regel innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen in deinem Briefkasten eintrifft. Bitte beachte, dass bei der Briefpost keine Sendungsverfolgung möglich ist.
  • Einschreiben & Versicherung: Wenn du einen Zustellnachweis (Sendungsverfolgung) wünschst, wähle an der Kasse die Option „Einschreiben“ (CHF 5.80). Diese Sendungen sind bei der Schweizerischen Post bis CHF 500.00 versichert.
  • Grössere Sendungen: Bestellungen mit Artikeln, die aufgrund ihrer Grösse oder ihres Gewichts als Paket verschickt werden müssen, versenden wir bei einem Bestellwert unter CHF 110.00 in der Regel per B-Post. Die Lieferfrist beträgt ca. 3-4 Tage.

Zusätzliche Lieferoptionen: Du kannst zusätzlich zwischen folgenden Optionen wählen:

  • Swiss Express „Mond“: Zustellung am nächsten Werktag zwischen 07:00 und 09:00 Uhr.
  • Samstagszustellung: Zustellung am Samstag.

Beide Optionen sind mit einem Aufpreis verbunden, der beim Checkout ersichtlich ist.

Manche Produkte sind einfach zu gross oder brauchen eine besondere Verpackung. Deshalb versenden wir sie als Paket zum Standard-Pakettarif.
Gut zu wissen: Ab einem Gesamtbestellwert von CHF 150.00 übernehmen wir auch für diese Paketartikel die Versandkosten - die Lieferung erfolgt dann kostenlos.

Kann ich Artikel retournieren?

We photograph the items ourselves and take care to ensure that the image accurately reflects the original. We take particular care to ensure that the colours of the beads are true to life. However, the colours may vary slightly from the original depending on your monitor settings.
