We send our items with Swiss Post.

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot unfortunately be processed. Please make sure that the delivery address provided is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary depending on the item purchased and are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from an order value of CHF 15.00.

Exception: Some of our items are too large or too heavy for shipping by letter post – these must be sent as parcels.
For orders under CHF 15.00 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.00.

For exceptional items that must be sent as a parcel, the standard parcel rate applies.

Good to know: From a total order value of CHF 150.00, we also cover the shipping costs for these parcel items – delivery is then free of charge.

With the letter post shipping method, tracking is not possible. PerlineBeads accepts no liability for undelivered orders.

We also offer the following additional shipping options:

  • Registered mail: CHF 5.80
  • Swiss-Express "Mond" (delivery on the next working day between 07:00 - 09:00): CHF 17.00
Right of withdrawal and exchange

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. It is possible to withdraw from the contract with PerlineBeads within 5 days of receiving the goods. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by expressing it through a request sent by letter or email to the PerlineBeads address.

Defective items / items sent incorrectly

We will exchange them without additional costs. Should an item no longer be available at the time of the complaint, we will issue a voucher for the purchase price. Please note that products in the "Earrings" category are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.

Errors / item not to your liking

Compensation is provided in the form of a voucher for the purchase price of the goods. Exchange for another item is not possible. Products complained about for this reason must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

The shipping costs calculated at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

The return of an item applies only to that item. Further new products cannot be added to this contribution and require a new order via our website.

Withdrawal in the event of late delivery

Due to seasonal events / holidays, delivery delays may occur over which PerlineBeads has no influence. We therefore ask for more time for deliveries. Should an order not have arrived after 20 working days from the shipping date, we will initiate a loss procedure with Swiss Post upon written request from the customer. In this case, we accept full responsibility for the loss of the order and will resend the order if desired. The withdrawal from the purchase contract between the customer and PerlineBeads can only take place after these 20 working days have elapsed!

Protect from water

Do not immerse jewellery in water or other liquids, and do not wear it while showering, bathing or swimming, to avoid discolouration or damage.

 

Keep away from cosmetics

Only put on your jewellery after applying body creams, make-up and perfume.

 

Before going to bed

For a healthy sleep and to protect your jewellery, take it off before going to bed and store it in a safe place.

 

Storing jewellery

Store your jewellery in a closed box or pouch to avoid scratches and discolouration caused by oxidation and moisture.

To restore the shine of your jewellery, use a soft cotton cloth and gently polish the piece.

Sind diese Halbedelstein-Perlen echte Natursteine?

Ja, alle unsere Halbedelstein-Perlen bestehen aus natürlichem Gestein. Falls eine Perle gefärbt, behandelt oder eine Nachahmung sein sollte (z. B. "Türkis-Imitation" oder gefärbter Achat), weisen wir das ausdrücklich in der Produktbeschreibung aus. Bei naturbelassenen Steinen kann die Farbe leicht variieren – das ist ein Zeichen für Echtheit, nicht für minderwertige Qualität.

Woher hat der Drachenblut Jaspis seinen besonderen Namen?

Der Drachenblut Jaspis (auch "Dragon Blood Jasper" oder "Drachenstein" genannt) verdankt seinen mystischen Namen seiner einzigartigen Farbkombination: tiefes Waldgrün mit kräftigen, blutroten Flecken und Adern, die wie Tropfen wirken. Einer alten Legende nach soll dieser Stein aus den Tropfen sterbender Drachen entstanden sein – eine romantische Geschichte, die zu seinem dramatischen Aussehen passt.

Mineralogisch gehört er zur Jaspis-Familie und besteht aus einer Mischung aus grünem Epidot und rotem Piedmontit. Hauptsächlich wird er in Australien abgebaut. Jede Perle zeigt eine eigene Mischung aus Grün- und Rot-Anteilen – manche fast komplett grün mit wenigen roten Tupfern, andere mit kräftigen roten Adern. Diese Vielfalt macht jedes Schmuckstück zu einem Unikat und ihn besonders beliebt für kraftvolle, naturverbundene Designs.

Was bedeutet "AB-Qualität" bei Halbedelsteinen?
  • AAA-Qualität: Höchste Qualität, kaum Einschlüsse, gleichmässige Farbe (sehr teuer, selten verfügbar)
  • AA-Qualität: Sehr gute Qualität, wenige Einschlüsse
  • AB-Qualität: Gute mittlere Qualität – typische Farbe und Maserung, leichte natürliche Einschlüsse möglich (unser Standard)
  • B-Qualität: Sichtbare Einschlüsse, ungleichmässige Färbung
  • C-Qualität: Stark behandelt oder mit deutlichen Mängeln

Warum sehen die Perlen in einem Strang leicht unterschiedlich aus?

Weil sie echt sind! Halbedelsteine sind Naturprodukte: Jede Perle hat ihre eigene Maserung, Farbtiefe und manchmal kleine Einschlüsse. Bei Strängen aus dem gleichen Stein können einzelne Perlen heller, dunkler oder leicht anders gemustert sein. Genau das macht jedes Schmuckstück einzigartig und unterscheidet echte Naturperlen von industriell hergestellten Imitaten.

Sind die 4mm-Perlen exakt rund?

Bei Halbedelstein-Perlen in kleineren Grössen (4 mm und darunter) kann die Form leicht von der perfekten Kugelform abweichen. Das liegt am handwerklichen Schleifprozess von Naturstein in kleinen Dimensionen und ist bei echten Natursteinperlen völlig normal – anders als bei industriell hergestellten Perlen aus Glas oder Kunststoff, die maschinell perfekt rund geformt werden. Diese minimalen Unregelmässigkeiten sind kein Qualitätsmangel, sondern ein Merkmal handgefertigter Natursteinperlen.

Verarbeitung & Verwendung

Welche Lochgrösse haben die Perlen?

Standardmässig haben unsere Halbedelstein-Perlen ein Loch von ca. 0,8 bis 1 mm Durchmesser. Die exakte Lochgrösse findest du in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung. Diese Grösse passt zu den gängigen Schmuckmaterialien:

  • Tiger Tail / Schmuckdraht (0,38 - 0,45 mm) ✓
  • Nylonfaden (0,5 - 0,8 mm) ✓
  • Kupferdraht (bis 0,7 mm) ✓
  • Elastischer Faden (0,8 mm) ✓

Für dickere Materialien wie Leder oder Kordel empfehlen wir Perlen mit grösserem Loch.

Wie viele Perlen brauche ich für mein Schmuckstück?

Eine grobe Orientierung je nach Perlengrösse:

  • 4 mm: 45 Perlen (Armband 18 cm) / 115 Perlen (Halskette 45 cm)

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Here you'll find all the important information about our shipping terms:

  • Fast Shipping: Orders that are received by 2:00 p.m. on business days and have been paid for will be shipped the same day.
  • Standard Shipping: We ship most orders via A-Mail, which usually arrives in your mailbox within 1–2 business days. Please note that tracking is not available for standard mail.
  • Registered Mail & Insurance: If you would like proof of delivery (tracking), select the “Registered Mail” option (CHF 5.80) at checkout. These shipments are insured by Swiss Post up to CHF 500.00.
  • Larger Shipments: For orders containing items that must be shipped as packages due to their size or weight, we generally ship via B-Mail if the order total is less than CHF 110.00. Delivery takes approximately 3–4 days.

Additional Delivery Options: You can also choose from the following options:

  • Swiss Express “Mond”: Delivery on the next business day between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  • Saturday Delivery: Delivery on Saturday.
