We send our items with Swiss Post.

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot unfortunately be processed. Please make sure that the delivery address provided is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary depending on the item purchased and are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from an order value of CHF 15.00.

Exception: Some of our items are too large or too heavy for shipping by letter post – these must be sent as parcels.
For orders under CHF 15.00 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.00.

For exceptional items that must be sent as a parcel, the standard parcel rate applies.

Good to know: From a total order value of CHF 150.00, we also cover the shipping costs for these parcel items – delivery is then free of charge.

With the letter post shipping method, tracking is not possible. PerlineBeads accepts no liability for undelivered orders.

We also offer the following additional shipping options:

  • Registered mail: CHF 5.80
  • Swiss-Express "Mond" (delivery on the next working day between 07:00 - 09:00): CHF 17.00
Right of withdrawal and exchange

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. It is possible to withdraw from the contract with PerlineBeads within 5 days of receiving the goods. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by expressing it through a request sent by letter or email to the PerlineBeads address.

Defective items / items sent incorrectly

We will exchange them without additional costs. Should an item no longer be available at the time of the complaint, we will issue a voucher for the purchase price. Please note that products in the "Earrings" category are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.

Errors / item not to your liking

Compensation is provided in the form of a voucher for the purchase price of the goods. Exchange for another item is not possible. Products complained about for this reason must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

The shipping costs calculated at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

The return of an item applies only to that item. Further new products cannot be added to this contribution and require a new order via our website.

Withdrawal in the event of late delivery

Due to seasonal events / holidays, delivery delays may occur over which PerlineBeads has no influence. We therefore ask for more time for deliveries. Should an order not have arrived after 20 working days from the shipping date, we will initiate a loss procedure with Swiss Post upon written request from the customer. In this case, we accept full responsibility for the loss of the order and will resend the order if desired. The withdrawal from the purchase contract between the customer and PerlineBeads can only take place after these 20 working days have elapsed!

Jewellery care tips

Protect from water

Do not immerse jewellery in water or other liquids, and do not wear it while showering, bathing or swimming, to avoid discolouration or damage.

 

Keep away from cosmetics

Only put on your jewellery after applying body creams, make-up and perfume.

 

Before going to bed

For a healthy sleep and to protect your jewellery, take it off before going to bed and store it in a safe place.

 

Storing jewellery

Store your jewellery in a closed box or pouch to avoid scratches and discolouration caused by oxidation and moisture.

  

Cleaning with a soft cloth

To restore the shine of your jewellery, use a soft cotton cloth and gently polish the piece.

Wie schnell erfolgt die Lieferung?

Wir liefern ausschliesslich in die Schweiz und nach Liechtenstein. Hier findest du alle wichtigen Informationen zu unseren Lieferbedingungen:

  • Schneller Versand: Bestellungen, die werktags bis 14.00 Uhr bei uns eintreffen und bezahlt sind, werden noch am selben Tag versendet.
  • Standardversand: Die meisten Bestellungen versenden wir per A-Post, die in der Regel innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen in deinem Briefkasten eintrifft. Bitte beachte, dass bei der Briefpost keine Sendungsverfolgung möglich ist.
  • Einschreiben & Versicherung: Wenn du einen Zustellnachweis (Sendungsverfolgung) wünschst, wähle an der Kasse die Option „Einschreiben“ (CHF 5.80). Diese Sendungen sind bei der Schweizerischen Post bis CHF 500.00 versichert.
  • Grössere Sendungen: Bestellungen mit Artikeln, die aufgrund ihrer Grösse oder ihres Gewichts als Paket verschickt werden müssen, versenden wir bei einem Bestellwert unter CHF 110.00 in der Regel per B-Post. Die Lieferfrist beträgt ca. 3-4 Tage.

Each card contains two metres of thread with a built-in threading needle.

We photograph the items ourselves and take care to ensure that the image accurately reflects the original. We take particular care to ensure that the colours of the beads are true to life. However, the colours may vary slightly from the original depending on your monitor settings.

Is there a brick-and-mortar store as well?

PerlineBeads is an online-only store. All items are stored, picked, and shipped from Bidogno.
